When you walk in and greeted by the view of the pools and the ocean your eyes have to adjust to the beauty.
Views, Rooms, Restaurants and basically everything was outstanding and presented at 100%. Views were stunning the infinity pools made you feel like you were swimming in the middle of the ocean. Daily activities were fun and as another resort were more fun by the participation of those around. Every where you walked the ground were impeccable and taken care of. You truly felt as thought you were walking in luxury.
A definite must do for all families is register for the bike ride where they take you on a bike trail to meet and feed the monkeys, for free. This is a great morning adventure and provided great memories and smiles.
Rooms:
Ocean View Room: Amazing vaulted ceilings, amazing comfy King Bed with a fridge that was stocked daily and always taken care of. Cleaning was impeccable (best I have had) washroom came with Sun screen also (++) Views were to die for of the grounds and the ocean. Balcony was incredible with a outdoor Jacuzzi and wonderful couch, glass railings and a nice table (we ate breakfast daily here). They have a bonus feature where you can order room service, new pillows, make reservations or watch Netflix off the iPad in each room. This made everything super simple.
Swim Out with Ocean View: Room was incredible. High 10” ceilings with a beautiful washroom and large balcony. All other features were similar to the previous room we were in for 4 days. Our view was lower but we had access to the swim out private pool (raised 3 stories above the resort) with only those that had swim out rooms had access to. The pools were in great conditions and well maintained. The only downfall was the pool was at 70 degrees so it was cold when the shade hit early afternoon.
Food: no complaints here! Great taste, great service and easy to get into any restaurant we wanted. We ate on the adult side on the outdoor patio and service was great. The order to your room (via iPad) was super easy and service was great. Bonus was the Coffee shop with ice cream and yummy treats for the kids and the Wrap sandwich shop, it is always great to have alternatives for lunch and this was a great alternative.
Kids: Great activities for them, water park + kids park + lazy river the kids loved and seemed to all have huge smiles on their face. Night activities included sports and outdoor movies and never heard a complaint for the kids.
First world Problems: Night life was lacking, by 10pm everything was closed and it was hard to find a place to have a drink. On the adult side they did have out door fire pits to sit at but again no drinks available. Night club was a “stop in” only and was not well attended. Night events ( shows) were not the best I had seen but were entertaining for sure.
Value: High Priced, but the features were Out of this world. Defiantly a 5 star.
Over all we loved the resort and I would recommend it to ANYONE and we will return.
